2024-2025 Parent Involvement Save The Date Information
The predicted storm is tracking north of Oak Ridge. We will be dismissing on our normal schedule. All buses, walkers and car riders will dismiss at their regularly scheduled time. Thank you for your attention today.

OUT OF ABUNDANCE OF CAUTION: A severe thunderstorm is predicted for 3:00, Oak Ridge dismissal time. Student drivers will be released at 2:50. Oak Ridge bus riders and student walkers will be held for safety until the storm has passed. Our plan is to release bus riders and walkers at approximately 3:45. Please feel free to pick up your student prior to the storm, if you choose to. We will continue to update as necessary. A message will be sent out when buses leave the district.
We are keeping a close eye on the weather today. The NWS is predicting severe thunderstorms all afternoon into the evening with storms strengthening throughout the day. Oak Ridge will NOT have an early release today. Students are safe at school. We are monitoring the storms and will hold buses, if necessary at dismissal time. We will communicate to the public, if buses are delayed.
There will be no after school activities.

Not only did the softball team win their first game of the district tournament 9-0 over SCC, this sophomore standout pitched a perfect game! That's great pitching and great defense! Way to go girls. Next game will be played at Advance on Monday 5/6 at 5:45pm vs the winner of the Delta/Oran game.
