Our JH & HS cheerleading coaches, Corrie McNeely and Katy Jones are attending the Missouri Cheerleading Coaches Conference in the Lake of the Ozarks. At this conference, they were collaborating with many coaches from all around the state, along with attending educational trainings. They have received trainings in stunts, jumps, community/school involvement and rules trainings. This year, our HS cheerleaders will be competing against other 1A cheerleading squads (along with sideline cheer). Oak Ridge has not competed for a little over 10 years! Be on the lookout for BIG things coming to our cheer program.
P.S. At this conference we met board member, Rachel Larsen. Rachel is a 1993 Oak Ridge alumni and ORHS alumni cheerleader!! She was so excited to see Oak Ridge back!

Updated athletic schedule for 3/15/24: HSBb @ Bismarck has been postponed. The HSSB vs NMCC home game has been postponed and a make up date has not been confirmed yet. The JHVB game @Marquand has been cancelled due to Marquand not having enough players. That game will not be made up. I'll keep you posted regarding the make up baseball/softball games.
